Candidate must be *CA Qualified* with 8-10 Years in lead role of Internal Audit Dept (post qualification 7-10 years, Preferably having min 5 years of Textile/Manufacturing concern experience. manufacturing exp-also-preferably-directly-reported-to-Board-Committee-in-public-listed-company.

Candidate-will be-responsible-to-Lead-the-Internal-Audit-departments-effectively & establish-controls-internally. work with Management & Audit Committee to formulate control strategies for the business, to improve efficiency & effectiveness of internal control & governance process across the organization in compliance with policies and auditing standards.
