- CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
- LITIGATION MANAGEMENT AND LAISONING WITH VARIOUS DEPARTMENT,
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT MANAGEMENT
- SECRETARIAL COMPLIANCES, CORPORATE FINANCE AND POLICIES DEVELOPMENT
- ALL LABOUR LAW COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING TO THE MANAGEMENT
