🎯 Candidate Requirements
✔ Proven experience in Oil & Gas Drilling, Rig Operations, Offshore or Onshore Projects.
✔ Relevant trade certificate, diploma, or technical qualification based on the position applied for.
✔ Strong knowledge of drilling operations, mechanical maintenance, heavy equipment, welding, lifting operations, or HSE procedures.
✔ Familiarity with Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and international HSE standards.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment while maintaining high operational standards.
✔ Previous GCC or international drilling project experience will be an added advantage.
