🎯 REQUIREMENTS
✔ Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG, or EPC environments
✔ Proven experience in similar leadership or specialist roles
✔ Strong understanding of operations, maintenance, turnaround planning, reliability, and asset management
✔ Experience with large-scale shutdowns, TAR projects, and maintenance execution
✔ Excellent English communication and reporting skills
✔ Previous Middle East experience preferred
✔ Maximo expertise required for Maximo Team Leader position

📅 TURNAROUND (TAR) MANAGEMENT
✔ Lead planning, preparation, execution, and close-out of shutdown and turnaround activities
✔ Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors
✔ Ensure schedule, quality, and cost objectives are achieved
🛡️ HSSE & RELIABILITY
✔ Promote world-class HSSE performance
✔ Implement reliability improvement programs
✔ Ensure compliance with company and international standards
🏗️ CONSTRUCTION & ASSET MANAGEMENT
✔ Manage tank construction and integrity projects
✔ Lead computerized maintenance management and Maximo optimization initiatives
