📋 REVENUE & ROTATION METRICS:
Compensation: $100 USD Day Rate (Paid for each day worked on-site)
Rotation Schedule: 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
Target Field: Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Infrastructure Development

🎯 Candidate Qualification Criteria:
⚠️ Experience Thresholds:
Industry Tenure: A minimum of 8+ years of solid, hands-on experience in heavy oil & gas upstream, downstream, pipeline, or petrochemical facility construction.
Regional Background: Proven track record working directly on major GCC-based projects under strict asset owner specifications (e.g., Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, Qatar Energy, KOC, PDO).
🔧 Key Competencies Required:
Extensive experience leading large mechanical, civil, or E&I field crews under demanding, tight schedule conditions.
Fluency in reading isometric drawings, loop diagrams, structural calculations, and tracking Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
Deep dedication to standard hazardous zone safety measures and stringent execution of Permit to Work (PTW) protocols.
