A leading contracting company in Saudi Arabia is currently looking for experienced MEP Draftsmen / Modelers for upcoming project requirements.
This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong Gulf contracting experience, particularly candidates experienced in Shop Drawings and Revit-based MEP modeling.

🌍 Gulf Experience: Mandatory
🔥 OPEN POSITIONS
1️⃣ MECHANICAL HVAC DRAFTSMAN / MODELER
Candidates with strong experience in HVAC drafting, MEP shop drawings, Revit modeling, coordination drawings, and mechanical services.
2️⃣ PLUMBING DRAFTSMAN / MODELER
Professionals experienced in plumbing shop drawings, Revit modeling, detailed layouts, coordination, and building services projects.
3️⃣ FIRE FIGHTING DRAFTSMAN / MODELER
Experienced Fire Fighting Draftsmen/Modelers with knowledge of fire protection systems, shop drawings, Revit modeling, layouts, and MEP coordination.
🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
🎓 Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
⏳ 5–10 years of relevant experience
🏗️ Previous experience with a contracting company
💻 Strong hands-on experience in:
✅ MEP Shop Drawings
✅ Revit
✅ HVAC Drafting & Modeling
✅ Plumbing Drafting & Modeling
✅ Fire Fighting Drafting & Modeling
✅ MEP Coordination
✅ Construction Drawings
✅ Detailed Engineering / Shop Drawing Preparation
🌍 Gulf experience is mandatory.
Candidates without relevant GCC/Gulf contracting experience may not be suitable for these vacancies.
