🎯 Candidate Requirements
✔ Minimum 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, EPC, Power Plant, or Industrial Projects
✔ Relevant Trade Certificate, ITI, Technical Diploma, or Engineering qualification (as applicable)
✔ Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment erection, fabrication, welding, testing, and commissioning activities
✔ Supervisors should have proven experience in manpower supervision, work planning, quality control, and HSE compliance
✔ Welders must have experience in 3G welding with the ability to work according to approved welding procedures and quality standards
✔ Fitters should have experience in structural fabrication, mechanical installation, piping support, equipment alignment, and assembly works
✔ Candidates should be physically fit and capable of working in demanding industrial environments
✔ Gulf or international project experience will be an added advantage
✔ Immediate joiners are highly preferred
