✅ Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, ITI, or Trade Certificate in the applicable discipline.
- Proven experience in Hospitals, Healthcare Facilities, Facilities Management, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Plants, or MEP Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment servicing.
- Experience with HVAC systems, chillers, generators, BMS, electrical systems, biomedical equipment, sterilization systems, and control panels is highly preferred.
- GCC/Middle East experience is an added advantage.
