✅ Candidate Requirements

Mandatory offshore Oil & Gas project experience
10–12 years of total relevant experience
Proven background in Offshore Oil & Gas Engineering, Commissioning, Start-up, Operations, or EPC Projects
Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant engineering discipline (Full-time degree mandatory)
Strong knowledge of international engineering standards, commissioning procedures, and HSE requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills

🌟 Preferred Experience

Offshore platforms, FPSO, offshore production facilities, or marine projects
Commissioning and start-up of electrical, instrumentation, DCS, mechanical, piping, HVAC, and process systems
Experience with Brownfield and Greenfield offshore developments
Multidisciplinary coordination in large-scale EPC projects
