✅ Candidate Requirements

  • Mandatory offshore Oil & Gas project experience
  • 10–12 years of total relevant experience
  • Proven background in Offshore Oil & Gas Engineering, Commissioning, Start-up, Operations, or EPC Projects
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant engineering discipline (Full-time degree mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of international engineering standards, commissioning procedures, and HSE requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Offshore platforms, FPSO, offshore production facilities, or marine projects
  • Commissioning and start-up of electrical, instrumentation, DCS, mechanical, piping, HVAC, and process systems
  • Experience with Brownfield and Greenfield offshore developments
  • Multidisciplinary coordination in large-scale EPC projects
